The course aims to sharpen the professionalism of those who intend to optimize business resources, choosing and setting sensory tests and consumers in the appropriate and specific way for the purpose of the survey.
Participants will acquire knowledge to manage effectively sensory analysis projects and consumer studies through proper selection, management, analysis and interpretation of methods in order to obtain objective, reliable and reproducible results, a prerequisite for adopting the winning strategy.
During the course, there are practical exercises and case studies to increase the participants’ problem-solving skills, and encourage the building of innovation-oriented business teams and the search for new opportunities for the enterprise.
Trainees will have the opportunity, if they wish, to expose their problems through a preliminary individual confrontation, with the aim of setting anonymously case studies that represent corporate reality, by applying targeted and effective problem-solving methodologies.
