The course integrates sensory and consumer science analysis techniques applied to the wine sector with the goal of maximizing marketing investments. It is aimed at producers, consultants, professionals, experts and scholars of the wine sector and provides participants with the tools and methods they need to operate strategically in the company. The course is open to a maximum of 20 members.
