An taster is a person who knows his senses and knows how to use them consciously. He has learned to recognize tastes, odors, flavors, flavors of foods … and not only.
On 28 and 29 June CIAS INNOVATION organizes in Matelica a Professional Tasters Course (ISO 8586-1 / 2). The course, predominantly practical, aims to guide participants in the training of their senses by developing the ability to recognize and store the taste-aromatic components of food and learn the main taste methodologies.
